Every Wednesday we share a harmonious combination of the season’s finest ingredients:
Halibut steak served with shellfish sauce, shrimp and leek, lemon, dill and horseradish, celeriac purée, broccolini, cabbage, and roasted potatoes.
Price: NOK 850 for two.
