What we offer
De Bergenske consists of six centrally located hotels in Bergen: Bergen Børs Hotel, Skostredet Hotel, Grand Hotel Terminus, Villa Terminus and Heimen Hotel. In addition, we have over 12 restaurants and bars.

We are always looking for committed employees. We are frequently seeking staff in the following positions:
Cooks
We are looking for those who have a trade certificate, industry experience, collaborate well in a kitchen team, are creative and find good solutions.
Servers
We are looking for those who have experience from a bar or restaurant, are good at communication and service, detail-oriented, and thrive in a hectic work environment.
Housekeeping staff
We are looking for those who have an eye for detail, are structured, and driven by creating good experiences for our guests.
Dishwashing assistants
We are looking for those who can keep the wheels turning in the kitchen on busy days. You must be structured, efficient and a good team player.
Bartenders / sommeliers
We are looking for those who have experience as a bartender and/or sommelier, preferably with a trade certificate, and who wish to develop in some of Bergen's most beautiful environments. You must be service-minded and enjoy a hectic environment.
Receptionists
We are looking for those who enjoy being the face of the hotel and are passionate about giving guests a good check-in and check-out experience. You must be committed to providing good service. It is a great advantage if you speak several languages.
Summer jobs / apprenticeships / other
