Here, vibrant Peruvian flavours meet Japanese precision, with Norwegian ingredients as a natural part of the interplay. The concept is the creation of Giovanni "Gio" Sanchez. With his passion for Latin American food, he invites you to a dining experience full of contrasts, from the fresh and delicate to the bold and surprising. The dishes are made for sharing and discovering together. Curated cocktails, carefully selected wines and Latin American warmth set the mood.
